Air France on display at Spot24 for the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games
The company at Spot24, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, presents its products and services. In addition, visitors can enter the contest to win two flight tickets
From August 28 to September 8, 2024, Air France, official partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, presents the best of its products and services in the heart of Paris. The airline occupies SPOT24, a new multi-purpose space located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, close to many Paralympic competition sites. SPOT24 celebrates new Olympic events and urban cultures, and is also the visitor center of 'Paris je t'aime', the tourist office of the city of Paris.
In the Air France area, visitors can try out the airline's new Business cabin between events or while visiting the French capital.
Air France also uses this space to present and promote its SAPHIR assistance service, dedicated to customers with disabilities. For more than 20 years, the SAPHIR service has been offering Air France customers with disabilities a range of services and assistance before and after the flight and for the duration of their air travel. These services include booking support, ticketing and assistance in conjunction with the Exceptional Transport Department. Every year, Air France provides this special assistance to almost 600,000 customers during their travels.

Visitors also have the opportunity to participate in the airline's competition and win two tickets in the Business cabin to a long-haul destination of their choice.
Air France's Spot24 is located at 101 Quai Jacques Chirac, in Paris. Free access from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm from Sunday to Wednesday and from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm from Thursday to Saturday, from August 28 to September 8, 2024.
During the Games, Air France transported 10,000 accredited customers (athletes, delegations, media) of more than 150 nationalities and more than 25,000 pieces of luggage, including 3,000 oversized items. More than 1 in 3 people with Olympic accreditation who arrived in Paris by plane traveled with Air France, making the company the leading carrier of accredited customers.
