In Terminal 3, the new space offers international travellers signature cuisine, Iginio Massari breakfasts, Trentodoc tastings and table service

The new space is located in the non-Schengen area of Terminal 3, on the first floor of the Food Court, above the luxury boutiques. Open every day from 6.00 to 23.00, it has 70 seats and offers only table service.

The project was born in collaboration with Areas MyChef and combines Ferrari Trentodoc mountain bubbles with signature Italian cuisine. The interiors reflect the visual codes of the House, with the iconic black and white of Ferrari Trento, Molteni furnishings and a contemporary design designed to tell the story of Made in Italy in an international airport context.

The gastronomic proposal was born from the meeting between three protagonists of Italian excellence. The menu is signed by Edoardo Fumagalli, starred chef of Locanda Margon, a restaurant of the Lunelli Group, and Michelangelo Citino, Executive Chef of Areas MyChef and winner of the Best Airport Chef award. Breakfast instead bears the signature of Iginio Massari, master of Italian pastry.

For passengers, the Ferrari Spazio Bollicine offers a complete catering service, designed both for a quick stop and for a more articulated experience before departure. The menu includes salads, supplì, appetizers, first courses, main courses and desserts, with particular attention to Italian raw materials and the flavors of the Lazio region.

Among the novelties created for Fiumicino are the Tegamini, soft and fragrant focaccia designed by Edoardo Fumagalli. They can be eaten as a quick meal or served in wedges during an aperitif. The recipes enhance symbolic ingredients of Roman and Italian cuisine, such as Pecorino Romano DOP, Porchetta di Ariccia IGP and artichokes.

The pans are served on a soapstone and brass support, specially made by Navarini 1958, a historic Trentino artisan company specializing in copper processing, to keep the leavened product warm during service. The experience is also designed for those who love to observe the preparation of the dishes: a large window overlooking the kitchen allows guests to follow the work of the brigade.

On the beverage front, travellers can taste the entire Ferrari collection by the glass, including the most prestigious reserves. The offer also includes the labels of the Lunelli Group, from Trentino, Tuscan and Umbrian wines from Tenute Lunelli to Segnana grappas, as well as Tassoni soft drinks also offered in non-alcoholic cocktails. A rotating selection of other Italian wines is also available.

The new space also allows tastings and take-away purchases of the main Ferrari Trento labels, offering passengers the opportunity to take a product that is a symbol of Italian hospitality with them.

The return of Ferrari Spazio Bollicine to Fiumicino airport marks a new phase for a format born at the Roman airport in 2013 and then also developed in the Milan airports of Malpensa and Linate. After the redefinition of the airport spaces, Ferrari Trento now returns to Leonardo da Vinci with a larger environment and in a highly visible position in the most exclusive area of Terminal 3.
