Amore Do Eat Better at Bologna Airport

Autogrill, part of Avolta and a leader in catering for travellers, has inaugurated Amore Do Eat Better at Bologna Airport, bringing its innovative concept combining casual dining and fast service to an Italian airport for the first time.

 

After the success in the airports of Düsseldorf and Athens and on the Italian motorways, 'Amore' debuts in the Italian airport segment with a hybrid formula:
► table service with self-ordering for a complete dining experience,
► Snack bar with counter service for a quick break.

 

The restaurant offers a menu inspired by Italian regional traditions, with appetizers, gourmet first courses, main courses, burgers, salads and high quality desserts. Among the innovations designed for Bologna airport:
► breakfast at the table,
► spritz for the aperitif,
► snack bar with coffee, croissants, sandwiches and pizzas.

 

 

Technology and comfort for a fast service at Bologna Guglielmo Marconi Airport: thanks to the self-ordering system, travelers can order directly from their smartphone by scanning a QR code, reducing waiting times and improving the consumer experience.

 

In recent months, Bologna Airport has opened the new waiting area in the Schengen boarding area, with an additional 750 square meters available to passengers and many more seats. Now it is enriching the new spaces with catering outlets and shops, to make the wait before the flight more pleasant.
