This is flanked by a completely renovated duty-free area and shopping area , with luxury and lifestyle brands. The offer includes exclusive concepts for the airport context such as Eataly and Peach Palace by Momofuku, together with established local brands and big international names. Among the distinctive elements of the new terminal is the Blinded Tiger speakeasy, designed to further enrich the passenger experience.
For those flying with American Airlines or partner carriers, the renovation of Terminal 8 does not only concern food and travel retail. The project also includes premium check-in services, an expanded lounge proposal, new baggage handling infrastructure and renovated gate areas with more comfortable seating, with the aim of making time spent at the airport easier and more enjoyable.
