Next-generation fleet technology and performance: the ultra-wide cab Gulfstream G700 and the newly designed Gulfstream G500
As Scott Neal, Gulfstream's senior vice president of global sales, said, Gulfstream continues to see strong demand in the Middle East, and interest in its next-generation fleet remains high. The G700 and G500 both offer a combination of advanced technology, cabin comfort and performance capabilities that continue to be popular with operators in the region.
Since its entry into service in April, the G700 has continued certification validations in several countries, as well as certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), with an increase in flight hours and deliveries worldwide.

The aircraft features the industry's most spacious cabin, which can be configured with up to five living areas, accommodate up to 19 passengers and offer up to 13 berths. Powered by Rolls-Royce Pearl 700 engines, the G700 offers ultra-long range and high speeds, flying 7,750 nautical miles/14,353 kilometers at Mach 0.85 or 6,650 nm/12,316 km at Mach 0.90. With a maximum operating speed of Mach 0.935, the G700 is the fastest aircraft in the Gulfstream fleet.

The G500, which entered service in September 2018, introduced the award-winning Gulfstream Symmetry Flight Deck, which offers advanced safety technology including the industry's first active control sidesticks and the most extensive use of touchscreens, along with flight phase intelligence. The aircraft has a maximum operating speed of Mach 0.925 and can fly 5,300 nm/9,816 km at Mach 0.85 or 4,500 nm/8,334 km at Mach 0.90.
Both aircraft provide the exceptional comfort of the Gulfstream cabin experience, with 100% fresh air, extremely low sound levels, abundant natural light, and a low cabin altitude. Visitors to the Bahrain International Airshow, November 13-15, 20204, can admire the G700 and G500 and interact with Gulfstream representatives at Booth A39.
