Rovaniemi Airport, RVN

Rovaniemi Airport is located in Finland about 10 kilometers from the center of Rovaniemi in Lapland and is also known as the official Santa Claus Airport because it is located near Santa Claus Village and Santa Park. The airport's passenger traffic is particularly intense during the winter season.

Rovaniemi Airport was built in 1940 and is administered by Finavia which manages 20 airports in Finland, guaranteeing Nordic connections from Finland to the world. The reference carrier of the airport, in addition to being the Finnish airline, is Finnair which celebrated its centenary in 2023.
