Düsseldorf Weeze Airport is the third largest airport on the Lower Rhine region in Germany and is one of the youngest airports in Europe which began scheduled flight operations in 2003.
The airport is located in the Kleve district about 7 km from Weeze and 70 km north of Düsseldorf, near the Dutch border. Here passengers depart from the Lower Rhine region, the Ruhr area, the Rhineland and those from the Netherlands.
Weeze Airport has only one terminal and offers various passenger services through check-in facilities, restaurants, bars and shops. Transportation to/from the Düsseldorf airport
Train
Weeze train station is 5 minutes by car and Kevelaer train station is only 10 minutes away. The RE10 regional express to / from Krefeld and Düsseldorf stops every 30 minutes in Kevelaer and Weeze during traffic times. Airport shuttle buses run between these train stations and the airport at short intervals.
Bus
At the airport terminal there is a bus stop for buses to the city of Weeze with a stop at the Stadtlinie Weeze 1 (SW1) railway station. Journey time 15 minutes. Other bus connections from Weeze airport to Goch and Kevelaer.
Car
From the city of Weeze continue west towards Flughafen-Ring then take the L361 and follow the signs for the airport. Coming from Cologne / Düsseldorf via the A57 to the Uedem / Weeze exit, then follow the signs for the airport. Entering the destination for the navigation system: 47652 Weeze, Flughafen-Ring 1.

Taxis are available for passengers outside the Arrivals Terminal.
