Air China is China’s flag carrier and member of the Star Alliance. It is the largest airline in China for brand value (estimated at 145 billion yuan in June 2018, according to World Brand Lab) and is a market leader in the transport of passengers and cargo and for other air transport services.
Its headquarters are in Beijing and it has branches in:

It also manages regional bases outside the south and east of China.
Air China holds a majority stake in Air China Cargo, Shenzhen Airlines, Dalian Airlines, Beijing Airlines, China Air Inner Mongolia, Air Macau, Air China Import & Export, Chengdu Falcon Aircraft Engineering Service and Air China Shantou Air Supplies. Air China holds a majority stake in Cathay Pacific and Shandong Airlines.
With its majority subsidiaries, it managed a fleet of Airbus and Boeing aircraft, and with Star Alliance offered flights to more than 1,300 destinations in over 190 countries.
Air China created the first frequent flyer programme in China, PhoenixMiles, which includes the frequent flyers of subsidiary airlines.
