Routes from Ancona: territorial continuity assigned

From 1 November 2025, guaranteed flights to Rome, Milan and Naples. The routes entrusted to DAT and Volotea as part of the public tender

The tender procedure for the assignment of air connections under territorial continuity by the Marche Region has been concluded. Starting from 1 November 2025, Ancona International Airport will be regularly connected with the Italian airports of Rome Fiumicino, Milan Linate and Naples Capodichino, thanks to flights operated under public service obligations.

The Danish airline DAT A/S has been awarded the routes to and from Rome Fiumicino and Milan Linate, while the Spanish Volotea SL will be responsible for the Ancona-Naples Capodichino connection.

The frequencies and times of the flights will be established by the winning airlines in accordance with the provisions of the tax decree, guaranteeing a stable and accessible service for passengers departing or arriving in the region.
