ENAC launches "A day at the airport" for students
ENAC Servizi launches "A day at the airport", a new national program designed to bring students closer to the world of civil aviation. The project will start on 3 June 2026 at Rome Urbe Airport and will then be progressively extended to Italian airports managed by Enac Servizi throughout the country.
The first day will involve a class from the "Amedeo Avogadro" Scientific High School in Rome, which will participate in an orientation course dedicated to the discovery of airport activities. Students will visit the airport's facilities and will be able to get to know some operational areas related to flight up close.
The program includes practical and training experiences: exercises on flight simulators, activities in the control tower, visits to flight schools and maintenance workshops. The goal is to offer young people a concrete vision of the skills, roles and professionalism that make an airport operational.
With this initiative, Enac Servizi aims to strengthen the link between schools and the aeronautical sector, promoting the culture of flight and orientation towards a strategic, technological and constantly evolving sector.
For students, "A day at the airport" is an opportunity to discover the functioning of an airport from the inside and understand the professional opportunities related to civil aviation, from airport management to maintenance, from training to the control of flight operations.
