Ryanair and SACBO invest in young people

Six young people took part in a four-week summer programme, culminating in a visit to Ryanair's headquarters
On Friday 15 August, at Ryanair's headquarters in Dublin, the four-week training experience lived by six Italian students who won the scholarships promoted by Intercultura, in collaboration with SACBO and BIS (BGY International Services), ended.

Agata Fabbi, Martina Lupi, Riccardo Romagnoli, Jacqueline Nicole Barollo, Arianna Smaila and Giorgia Opreni stayed in Dublin from 19 July to the end of August, perfecting their language skills and living in contact with Irish culture, in a path of personal growth and international in-depth study.

The experience culminated with a visit to Ryanair's headquarters: participants were welcomed with a welcome juice & pastries, took part in presentations by representatives of various departments of the company and were able to test the flight simulator, experiencing the excitement first-hand. The trip ended with a commemorative group photo, sealing an experience that will remain in their personal and professional baggage.

This project demonstrates the strong link between Ryanair and SACBO in promoting excellent training initiatives, convinced that investing in young people means nurturing competence, innovation and vision for the future.
