The photovoltaic systems already in operation produce over 734,000 kWh per year, equal to 6.2% of the airport's energy needs. In the next two years, the 400 Hz system for powering aircraft, replacing lighting with LEDs, converting the company fleet with electric vehicles and optimising HVAC systems are also planned.
