New Hellosky Lounge at Milan Bergamo Airport

The VIP Lounge welcomes national and international passengers at the airport with 130 seats and 10 areas
Today, Milan Bergamo Airport opened the doors to the public of the new Hellosky Lounge, managed by GIS, a leader in the airport hospitality services sector. A VIP lounge completely at the service of passengers that focuses on the environment, sustainability and recycling, with the aim of reducing waste. Undoubtedly a luxurious and comfortable experience in Bergamo thanks to the new Hellosky Lounge.

The Hellosky Lounge welcomes domestic and international passengers to Milan Bergamo Airport with 130 seats and 10 areas, including a meeting room, F&B area, smoking area, dining options and more.

GIS, an airport hospitality services company based in Barcelona, Spain, a subsidiary of TAV Operation Services (TAV OS), developed and started operating a new lounge under the HelloSky brand at Milan Bergamo Airport in June 2021.

SACBO, the management company of Milan Bergamo Airport, Italy's third largest airport with a movement of over 13.8 million passengers in 2019, adds another prestigious piece to the wide range of airport services, providing one of the most elegant, rich and equipped lounges on the national and international scene and entrusting it to TAV OS with a view to partnership.

The new Hellosky Lounge, with a size of 750 square meters and 130 seats, is dedicated to international and domestic traffic at Milan Bergamo Airport. It is located in the departures area, just before the new passport control area at the entrance to the non-Schengen terminal inaugurated on 16 July 2020.

The lounge is divided into 10 different areas, including work areas, meeting room, F&B area, smoking space and toilet with shower. A breakdown that allows passengers to enjoy their preferred space and amenities. The lounge offers a tailored experience that adapts to the priorities of its guests' requests.

The list of services includes bars, restaurants, à la carte restaurants, as well as entertainment and rest areas, with staff in charge of welcoming and available to guests.

The design elements of Hellosky Lounge Milano Bergamo are inspired by the city of Bergamo itself with a sophisticated environmental touch. Hellosky Lounge offers a new concept of VIP Lounge that focuses on the environment, sustainability and recycling, with the aim of significantly and progressively reducing waste.

Premium pay-per-use options are also available to enjoy the servos. In addition, GIS operates the lounge following strict Covid-19 procedures to provide the safest environment.
