Milan Linate among the best European airports for customer experience

For 2025, the airport obtains ACI World's ASQ Customer Experience Award and three awards for departures, staff and simplicity of the airport route

Milan Linate has received the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Customer Experience Award 2025 from Airports Council International (ACI) World, entering among the best European airports of 2025 in the 5-15 million passengers category, based on the overall ratings expressed by Travellers.

In addition to the general recognition, Linate has obtained three specific awards: Best Airport at Departures, in its category, Most Dedicated Staff in Europe and Easiest Airport Journey in Europe.

The results reward in particular the quality of the experience offered to passengers, the professionalism and availability of the staff and the simplicity of the journey within the airport. The focus is therefore on some of the most relevant aspects for travellers: fluidity of procedures, ease of orientation, efficiency in departures and quality of assistance.

In addition to these awards, there is Level 4 of the ACI Airport Customer Experience Accreditation, which certifies the degree of maturity achieved by Milan Linate (LIN) in the management of the customer experience and in the ability to use passenger feedback to introduce improvement interventions.

Airport Service Quality (ASQ) is ACI World's international program dedicated to measuring the perceived quality and satisfaction of passengers with respect to airport services. The surveys are carried out throughout the year with an internationally standardized methodology. In the 2025 edition, the evaluations of over 700,000 passengers in almost 400 airports around the world were collected.

For Milan Linate, the ASQ 2025 awards confirm the transformation path carried out in recent years and the positioning of the airport on an airport experience model oriented towards quality, comfort, simplicity and innovation.
