Heathrow brings back the beloved bears Doris and Edward

The London airport has temporarily renamed Terminal 4 to "Terminal Paw" while the two bears return to the screen between Heathrow gates, from the Pod Parking areas to the World Duty Free shops, in an exciting journey

After seven years of waiting, Heathrow Airport announces the return of its iconic bears Doris and Edward Bair, protagonists of the new commercial airing from October 24th. For the occasion, the London airport has temporarily renamed Terminal 4 to "Terminal Paw", with new signs and fittings celebrating the most tender couple in British advertising.

First appearing in the 2016 Christmas campaign, Doris and Edward have become familiar faces to millions of Travellers in the UK thanks to their reunion stories and airport adventures. In the new autumn campaign, the two bears return to the screen to experience a new adventure between the gates of Heathrow, from the Pod Parking areas to the World Duty Free shops, in a journey full of emotion, irony and shared moments.

The commercial, accompanied by a touching version of the song "It Must Be Love" performed by British singer-songwriter Maius Mollis, was filmed between Terminal 2 and Terminal 5 with the participation of real airport employees in the role of passengers.

From January 2026, Travellers will be able to purchase exclusive edition Doris and Edward Bair bears at Heathrow boutiques. Every year, over 82,000 soft toys are sold at the London airport, with an average of more than 220 per day, making bears one of the most popular souvenirs for passengers, along with the famous Paddington bear and Harrods toys.
