Aeroporti di Roma improves accessibility for blind and visually impaired passengers
Video and artificial intelligence with the Be My Eyes app that will provide support, in real time, increasing the autonomy of millions of travelers
Rome Fiumicino Airport introduces Be My Eyes, the app that offers real-time support to blind and visually impaired people through video-assisted and artificial intelligence. Thanks to this partnership with Aeroporti di Roma (ADR), the "Leonardo da Vinci" airport becomes even more accessible, ensuring an inclusive and autonomous travel experience.
Fiumicino, one of the 12 SkyTrax 5-star airports in the world, continues to innovate in the area of accessibility and personalized services. The integration of Be My Eyes' Service Connect™ platform will allow visually impaired passengers to receive immediate assistance, find their way around the terminals and obtain information with a simple tap on the app.
