Wizz air suspends all operations in Ukraine
Passenger safety and health are the airline's top priorities
Due to the current situation and airspace closure in Ukraine, all Wizz Air flights to/from Ukraine are temporarily suspended until further notice. In case of any modifications to flight, Wizz Air will notify you via SMS and Email (according to the booking owner contact details you have provided us) where you will find detailed information about your options to obtain a refund or to rebook your flight.
Follow the guidance received from Wizz Air via email and utilize the self-service solutions available for you directly from your Wizz Air account. Check the Flight Status feature on Wizz Air website or on the Wizz Air app to verify your flight’s status before travelling to the airport, as the airports are expected to be overly congested due to the current situation.
Wizz Air notifies its customers: "If you are currently located in Ukraine, please follow the advice of the local authorities, remain at home or seek shelter. Even though these events are beyond our control, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we would like to assure you that all our colleagues are actively working to minimize these unavoidable travel disruptions and take you safely to your destination. The safety and security of our passengers and crew remains our number one priority."
