Wizz Air flies from Turin to Sharm el Sheikh

Wizz Air will launch a new direct flight between Turin and Sharm el Sheikh with the start of the 2026/2027 winter season. The connection will debut on October 27, 2026 and will be operational every Tuesday and Saturday. Tickets are already available.

For Piedmontese passengers it will be the first direct scheduled flight between Turin and the Egyptian resort on the Red Sea, Sharm el Sheikh, particularly in demand for winter holidays, seaside stays, snorkeling and diving.

The new route is part of the enhancement of Wizz Air's base at Turin airport, where two aircraft will be positioned between September and October 2026. In the Winter 2026/2027 season, the company will connect the Piedmont airport with 20 destinations, including four national and sixteen international. 

In 2026, the Wizz Air network fromTurin airport will reach a total of 20 routes to 9 countries, confirming the development of the Piedmontese airport within the company's Italian strategy. 

The offer will include the following destinations: 

• national: Catania, Naples, Palermo and Rome Fiumicino;
• Barcelona, Bilbao, Bucharest, Budapest, Gdansk, Iasi, Katowice, London Luton, Madrid, Malaga, Prague, Sharm el Sheikh, Tirana, Valencia, Warsaw and Wroclaw.
