Vueling launches the new summer menu
Vueling, the low-cost airline based in Barcelona and part of the IAG Group, introduces locally sourced breakfast baked goods on flights to the UK, plant-based options and a wide selection of drinks on its summer 2026 menu .
A taste of local flavours at an altitude of 9,000 metres. as part of the new menu, the airline will continue to offer breakfast with local baked goods, including a freshly baked carrot cake on morning flights departing from London. Passengers can ask the cabin crew what local breakfast is available on their flight.
The menu also includes some dishes that are popular with British Travellers, prepared fresh in the city, including a sandwich with focaccia, mozzarella, pesto, tomato and arugula, a BLT sandwich, a baguette with chicken, bacon and mayonnaise and a Caesar chicken wrap. Created exclusively for flights departing from London, inspired by local flavours.
Among the sweet delights, we find Lotus Biscoff milk chocolate cookies, white Kinder Bueno and double chocolate muffins. The menu also includes Creative Nature's Berry Blend bar, a 100% vegan snack, free of all 14 major allergens, designed for passengers with dietary restrictions.
Plant-based options continue to include customer favorites, such as the Heura veggie burger and lighter alternatives such as hummus and quinoa salad.
Local Barcelona coffee and Spanish drinks: The selection of drinks also reflects Vueling's Barcelona roots, with coffee from the Barcelona-born GoodNews brand now served on board.
Travellers can also choose from Oatly's ready-to-drink plant-based matcha latte, the classic Nescafé cappuccino or Cacaolat, Barcelona's iconic chocolate latte.
Spanish beers such as Estrella Damm and Mahou Especial are available, along with "Vueling in the Clouds", the airline's signature ready-to-drink cocktail.
Vueling thus improves the on-board experience for its customers with breakfasts based on local products, snacks included and high-quality cocktails, continuing to redefine the expectations of customers who fly at low cost. The new summer in-flight menu will be available on all Vueling flights throughout the 2026 season.
