New summer menu on board with Vueling
Vueling, part of the IAG group based in Barcelona, renews the flight experience with the launch of the new summer in-flight menu, designed to combine taste, inclusiveness and attention to passengers' dietary needs. Among the main novelties stands out the debut of the company's first signature cocktail: "Vueling in the Clouds", a drink that brings the flavors of Europe to the top.
Served with a soft cloud of cotton candy, "Vueling in the Clouds" is a liquid homage to the most iconic destinations of the Vueling network: the freshness of Italian limoncello, the floral notes of French elderberry liqueur, the dry tones of English gin and the Catalan references of Cava and Ratafià. A real sensory journey that begins even before landing.
The new menu includes more than 70 items, including 28 new items, including snacks, meals and drinks that take into account different nutritional needs: vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free. An offer designed to guarantee freedom of choice and safety, even for those who suffer from intolerances or follow specific regimes.
Among the most popular innovations
- Berry Blend bar by Creative Nature: vegan snack free of the 14 most common allergens,
- Mochasy with Oatly oat milk,
- Heüra Burger, 100% plant-based,
- Pizza margherita for vegetarians,
- Gluten-free snacks and meals, well labeled for greater transparency.
Those who prefer a light aperitif can opt for the Tapas Boxes, with cold cuts, cheeses, olives and breadsticks, or for delicious desserts to accompany coffee.
More variety also among drinks
In addition to the Vueling cocktail, the menu now includes new alcoholic and non-alcoholic proposals:
- classics such as piña coladas, mojitos and Patrón tequilas,
- light drinks such as kombucha and alternative soft drinks, including Schweppes al pomelo.
