Volotea inaugurates the new direct flight Pisa-Toulouse

Two weekly frequencies, every Monday and Friday, to directly connect Tuscany with the south of France

Volotea has inaugurated the new direct flight between Pisa and Toulouse, operational from 6 November 2026 with two weekly frequencies, on Mondays and Fridays.

For Tuscan passengers, the new route allows you to reach one of the main cities in the south of France without stopping, while for the incoming market it facilitates the arrival in Tuscany of French travellers heading to Pisa and the rest of the region.

With the start of the Pisa-Toulouse line, the number of destinations operated by Volotea from Galileo Galilei airport rises to three, together with Olbia and Nantes.

Toulouse, between historical heritage and aeronautics

Toulouse is one of the most important cities in Occitanie and combines a historic center characterized by pinkish brick buildings with a strong aeronautical and technological vocation. The city is suitable for both a city break and trips related to business and the aerospace industry. The new route also strengthens the connections between two territories with a strong tourist, economic and university component.

Volotea strengthens its presence in Tuscany

The connection from Pisa joins Volotea's presence in Florence, where the company has an operational base inaugurated in 2023. In September 2026, a second aircraft was positioned and six new international connections were launched to Seville, Strasbourg, Berlin, Valencia, San Sebastián and Oviedo.

From Florence, Volotea operates a total of 18 destinations in 5 countries.
