New Genoa-Madrid flight with Volotea
Starting from 5 December 2025, Volotea inaugurates a new direct connection between Genoa and Madrid, operated exclusively by the low-cost airline that connects medium-sized cities in Europe. The flight will be available every Monday and Friday, ideal for both those who want a weekend in the lively Spanish capital and for those traveling for work or study.
A bridge between Liguria and Spain
The new route represents a significant novelty for the winter schedule and confirms Volotea's desire to strengthen Genoa's international connectivity. The objective is twofold: on the one hand, to offer Ligurian travelers comfortable and direct access to one of the most popular European capitals; on the other, to encourage incoming tourism to the Ligurian capital and the entire region, a destination that is increasingly appreciated by Spanish visitors.
