Eurowings is a triple winner of the "German Customer Awards 2020/21"
First places in consumer ranking in the categories of customer satisfaction, customer service and value for money
Triple win for Eurowings: the airline has been named triple winner of the "German Customer Award 2020/21“- a Germany-wide consumer ranking - by the German Association for Consumer Studies (DtGV). The Lufthansa Group's tourism subsidiary took first place in all three categories of customer satisfaction, customer service and value for money in the low-cost airline sector. Details of the rankings have been published at www.dtgv.de.
The central question of the annual study "German Customer Awards" deals with which companies have the most satisfied customers (category "customer satisfaction"), which companies record the most positive customer experiences (category "customer service") and how suitable the company performance is assessed in relation to the price demanded (category "value for money"). The online customer survey included around 330,000 assessments of a total of 2,261 companies from 233 sectors.
