New direct Catania-Montréal flight from summer 2026
A new opportunity for Sicilian travelers: Air Canada has announced the opening of the new direct Catania-Montréal flight, operational from June 5, 2026. For the first time, Canada's flag carrier connects Sicily directly to Canada, strengthening ties between the two sides of the Atlantic and offering convenient connections to all of North America
The timetables of the new connection
The seasonal connection will be active until 23 October 2026 with three weekly frequencies.
Montreal to Catania (AC 932)
- Departure: 7:35 pm
- Arrival: 10:15 am the next day
- Operational: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
Catania to Montreal (AC 933)
- Departure: 11:50 am
- Check-in: 3:20 p.m.
- Operational: Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
These schedules allow passengers to better plan their journey from Catania, with convenient arrivals in Montreal and the ability to easily continue to other Canadian or U.S. destinations.
