Iberia launches "Iberia GPT"
Since June 4, 2025, "Iberia GPT", the first AI travel assistant developed by an airline within the ChatGPT platform, has been online. It is an innovative channel of inspiration and tourism planning, based on generative artificial intelligence, designed to support travelers in a personalized, fast and intuitive way.
Available in OpenAI's GPT Store, you can try it out by searching for "Iberia GPT" in the Explore GPTs section or directly by typing @Iberia into ChatGPT.
What Iberia GPT offers
This solution, presented at the South Summit 2025 (one of the most important European events for innovation and entrepreneurship) enriches Iberia's digital ecosystem, which has already been at the forefront since 2019 with the introduction of customer service on WhatsApp.
Among the main features of Iberia GPT:
- - flexible flight search, with a margin of up to five days from the selected date,
- - suggestions of personalized destinations, based on the traveler's interests,
- - recommendations by price range, to plan tailor-made trips according to your budget,
- - Multi-destination route planning, simple and intuitive.

Iberia GPT does not replace traditional customer service channels, but represents an interactive exploration laboratory for those looking for inspiration, practicality and personalization in the travel planning phase.
