Emirates extends chauffeur-driven car service to Japan

Already available at Haneda Airport, First Class and Business Class passengers can now pre-book the free Chauffeur-Drive from Narita Airport and Kansai Airport

Emirates is expanding its exclusive Chauffeur-Drive service in Japan, extending the premium ground experience to customers departing from Narita International Airport from 1 February 2026 and Kansai International Airport from 1 March 2026. 

 

These destinations are in addition to the existing Chauffeur-Drive service available at Haneda Airport. Emirates is the only international airline to offer this premium chauffeured service in Japan.

 

Available to First Class and Business Class customers, the Chauffeur-Drive service offers a door-to-door travel experience with complimentary private transfers between the airport and the customer's home, hotel or office .

 

The first-class ground service at Tokyo Narita Airport is further complemented by access to the airline's airport lounge in Terminal 2.  

 

The details of the Chauffeur-Drive 

● Chauffeur-Drive coverage includes up to 100 kilometers traveled per trip, calculated based on the shortest distance between the airport and the pick-up or drop-off location designated by the customer.  

Service to Narita International Airport covers Tokyo's 23 wards and most of Tokyo, Chiba, Saitama, and Kanagawa prefectures.

● Service to Kansai International Airport covers Osaka City and most of Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, and Hyogo Prefectures.

● Mileage exceeding the permitted 100 kilometers will be charged at JPY 500 per additional kilometer, plus applicable taxes/VAT.

● Any additional charges for excess mileage must be paid directly to the driver, either in cash (Japanese yen only) or by credit card.

 

Travellers can pre-book chauffeur-driven service via the 'Manage Your Booking' section on the airline's website or via the Emirates Contact Centre (03-6743-4567). Emirates in Japan operates flights from Dubai International Airport (DXB) to Haneda, Narita and Kansai airports
