Sofia Airport renews its commercial offer: One Minute and Relay open
Sofia International Airport (SOF) strengthens its food & retail offering with two new strategic openings involving both terminals. On the one hand, the new One Minute catering space in Terminal 1, and on the other, the RELAY store in Terminal 2, managed by Lagardère Travel Retail. Two different but complementary concepts, designed to meet the needs of growing traffic and to raise the quality of airport services.
One Minute: dynamic food to go at Terminal 1
New format dedicated to fast food before boarding. The concept is built around speed of service and convenience, with an offer that includes fresh croissants, sandwiches, salads, desserts and coffee.
The orientation is clearly "food to go": solutions designed for those who have a tight schedule or want an immediate snack before the flight. The modern and functional layout fits into the passenger route, improving comfort and fluidity of the pre-departure experience.
Relay: modular travel retail at Terminal 2
At Terminal 2 , on the other hand, the new RELAY point of sale, an international brand of reference in airport travel retail, makes its debut. The store offers a complete assortment that includes:
- press and editorial products,
- Travel essentials and travel accessories,
- snacks and beverages,
- souvenirs and local specialties,
- convenience items.
The modular concept allows for flexible space and assortment management, adapting to passenger flows and the operational needs of the terminal.
