Tranzeet Deli opens at Dubai International

The new concept at Terminal 3 reinterprets New York's tradition with freshly prepared sandwiches, all-day breakfasts and a design inspired by urban transport

Lagardère Travel Retail has opened Tranzeet Deli at Dubai International (DXB) Terminal 3, near Gate A13, introducing a new dining format developed specifically for the airport. The concept combines New York's deli culture with nods to Dubai's urban transport system, creating a space designed to adapt to the different rhythms of passengers.

The specialties offered to passengers

The offer includes freshly prepared breakfasts throughout the day, signature sandwiches and customizable proposals, with the possibility of choosing from different artisan breads and fillings.

Specialties include First Stop BEC, Spice Souk Asian Toast, and DXB Riser for breakfast, as well as Reuben Junction, Skyline Pastrami on Rye, and Downtown D'Italian. Each sandwich is served with a whole pickled cucumber, in keeping with American deli tradition.

The menu is rounded off by homemade iced teas, craft sodas, organic coffees and premium teas, with solutions designed for both a quick break before boarding and for those with more time.

A travel-inspired design

The interior is also an integral part of the concept. Tranzeet Deli takes visual elements from DXB's metro networks and internal rail system, with wagon-inspired seating, hanging handles, metal surfaces and transit-style signage.

Digital screens designed as "windows" also accompany passengers through images of Dubai's deserts, historic districts, souks and skyline, strengthening the link between the venue and the destination.
