Fast Track

Fast Track is a reserved passage that allows quick access to security checks. Access to Fast Track is through an optical reader and is active 24 hours a day.

Fast Track Plus is a service that speeds up check-in operations by accessing the Check-in Lounge only to check in and send baggage with a dedicated hostess. The service also includes priority passage through security checks to get to boarding in a short time.

Milan Bergamo Airport has a Lounge that allows you to wait for the departure of your flight in a welcoming environment equipped with services and attention specially designed for all types of travellers.

The Check-in Lounge is located in the departures area next to the security checks (open from 04:30 to 21:30). The maximum time allowed in the Lounge is 3 hours.

The exclusive HELLOSKY LOUNGE

The HelloSky Lounge, with a size of 750 square meters and 130 seats. It is located in the departures area, just before the new passport control area at the entrance to the non-Schengen terminal inaugurated on 16 July 2020.

The lounge is divided into 10 different areas, including work areas, meeting room, F&B area, smoking space and toilet with shower. A breakdown that allows passengers to enjoy their preferred space and amenities. The lounge offers a tailored experience that adapts to the priorities of its guests' requests. The list of services includes bars, restaurants, à la carte restaurants, as well as entertainment and rest areas, with staff in charge of welcoming and available to guests.
