Cantieri di Pisa unveils the interiors of the new Akhir 44

An exclusive design, innovative solutions, comfort at the highest levels and an unobtrusive elegance, for a unique on-board experience dedicated to cosmopolitan owners

Cantieri di Pisa has chosen the Dubai International Boat Show, the most prestigious boat show in the Middle East in Dubai, to present a preview of the interiors of the new Akhir 44, designed in collaboration with Pulina Exclusive Interiors. The design of the spaces is distinguished by an elegant contrast between warm materials, such as bleached oak, cold steel and metal finishes, which give the environment a sporty and technological aesthetic. The exterior lines, on the other hand, bear the signature of Antonio Luxardo, chief designer of the shipyard.

Founded by Alessandro Pulina, an architect with significant experience in the main international nautical brands, the Pulina Exclusive Interiors studio specializes in the design of luxury yachts, private residences and hotels in Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. The studio's multidisciplinary team has created interiors that redefine the concept of elegance and functionality in the segment of yachts in this category.

An innovative layout for an unprecedented luxury experience

With a length of 44 meters and a width of 8.6 meters, the Akhir 44 introduces a revolutionary design, in which symmetry and fluidity of spaces blend harmoniously. The main deck is entirely dedicated to guests and houses a large saloon and a modular dining area. Sliding panels transform the dining room into a more informal setting, while a spectacular panoramic window opens onto a sculptural kitchen, perfect for exclusive show cooking experiences.

A distinctive element of the yacht is the freestanding aerial staircase, made of glass and metal, which in addition to connecting the decks serves as a sculptural design element, contributing to the innovative aesthetics of the boat. On the Lower Deck, the owner's suite and the four guest cabins enjoy large windows overlooking the sea, while ensuring a high level of privacy. The crew has nine quarters, including the captain's quarters, located between the lower deck and the main deck.

Performance and technology at the service of navigation

The Akhir 44 is equipped with three MTU engines of 2,600 horsepower each, which allow it to reach a maximum speed of 35 knots and an average of 30 knots, with a gross tonnage of about 395 tons. A perfect combination of design, performance and innovation, which confirms Cantieri di Pisa's vision in redefining the standards of luxury yachting.
