Benetti B.Neos The Soul of Silence, the 40.6-metre hybrid superyacht
Benetti has announced the sale of B.Neos The Soul of Silence, a 40.6-meter, 296-GT displacement superyacht , scheduled for delivery in spring 2028. The buyer was represented by Royal Yacht International, through CEO Manuele Thiella.
The project was born around the concept of "evolved simplicity", with an approach that focuses on continuity of the environments, direct relationship with the sea and reduction of noise and vibrations during navigation. The exterior architecture is signed by Malcolm McKeon Yacht Design, while the interiors were developed by Francesca Muzio of FM Architettura.
Hybrid drive and electric mode
One of the central elements of the B.Neos The Soul of Silence is the MAN Smart Hybrid system, combined with MAN V8-800 engines. According to Benetti, the configuration allows you to navigate and anchor in Zero-Emission electric mode, locally eliminating noise, fumes and vibrations. The shipyard also indicates a reduction in fuel consumption and emissions of up to 30%. Hybrid propulsion therefore plays a role not only in energy management, but also in acoustic comfort on board, especially during stops and electric navigation phases.
Open interiors and continuity between rooms
The distribution of spaces has been developed to reduce visual separations and create a more direct relationship between interiors and exteriors. On the Main Deck, the rooms develop along a continuous path from stern to bow without structural barriers, while the Upper Deck houses the panoramic owner's suite.
The owner's private area also includes a study and a dedicated lobby and opens onto a terrace in the bow, a solution designed to enhance the outdoor spaces while keeping the yacht below the threshold of 300 GT.
With B.Neos The Soul of Silence, Benetti is therefore developing a superyacht that is relatively smaller than its larger units, focusing the project on hybrid propulsion, quietness and smoother use of space. The unit is scheduled for delivery in spring 2028.
