Azimut Yachts at the Monaco Yacht Show with three iconic models

In the year of the 50th anniversary of the Azimut|Benetti Group, Azimut Yachts chooses three of its most successful models to participate in the yacht show dedicated to superyachts, scheduled to take place in the Principality of Monaco from 25 to 28 September.
The Grande S10, the new flagship of the S collection, the Grande 32 Metri and the Grande 35 Metri represent and strongly confirm some of the hallmarks of the Azimut Yachts philosophy: technological innovation, extensive use of Carbon Tech, styling sources from other sectors and, lastly, a perfect balance between aggressive lines and sophisticated interiors.

Azimut Yachts returns to Monaco and exhibits three models that exemplify elegance, charm and undisputed success. At the debut among the superyachts, Azimut Grande S10, after the world premiere at the Cannes Motor Show where it attracted consensus and great interest from customers, presented itself in Genoa with its peculiarities: the widespread use of Carbon Tech and the original exterior design signed by Alberto Mancini. Alberto Mancini, the Trieste-based architect, who frequently uses highly original stylistic sources, was inspired for this project by three new ideas: a refined and modern villa by the sea, with several terraces on different levels, descending towards the water, an elegant megasailer and, lastly, the world of car design, which he knows very well thanks to his studies in this field.
The layout is characterised by surprising versatility, while the interior decor, by Francesco Guida, has been created by playing on a combination of precious woods and white lacquer conferring brightness to the rooms along with a sporty feel.

This yacht too boasts a very high level of technological innovation, embodied in elements such as the electrochromic glass of the skylight created by Isoclima Cromalite and the various solutions identified by the Azimut Innovation Lab as part of the ECS - Enhanced Cruising Solutions programme.
The second model on show is Azimut Grande 32 Metri which, following its debut at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival, made its superyacht debut right here in Monaco last year. Azimut Grande 32 Metri can be considered a true work of avant-garde from various points of view, from the high rate of technological content - thanks to the combination of Carbon Tech and a D2P hull - to the exceptional peculiarity of the design. The spirited exterior lines, designed by Stefano Righini, succeed in concealing the large internal volumes thanks to taut stylistic elements inclined towards the stern.

Achille Salvagni, who designed the interiors, has adopted the theme of sophisticated softness that characterises other examples of the line: the rooms are inviting, simple and sophisticated at the same time, creating a harmonious balance between detail and function. Dark glossy wood surfaces alternate with large surfaces and portions of ceiling treated with light wood.

Azimut Grande 35 Metri, the third model on show at the Monaco Yacht Show, is a modern yacht in terms of line and content, with superstructure and hard-top in Carbon Tech and a D2P hull. Stefano Righini's exterior lines are characterised by a sleek design and huge full-height windows. Unique in its kind, it has the option of adding an extra Sun Deck occupying almost 30 square metres, located on a third level and accessible from the stern of the Upper Deck. Thanks also to a maximum width of 7.5 metres, this model has the features of a bigger superyacht, such as the garage, positioned laterally, to store a 5-metre tender and a jet-ski, leaving the stern completely free and offering the possibility to create a beach area measuring 12 square metres, thanks to the large pivoting bathing platform.

The interiors, also characterised by soft and enveloping geometries, are the work of Achille Salvagni: matt-finish and tactile essences are combined with darker, shinier woods, while the inserts are made of exclusive materials such as treated brass, bronze and polished steel.

Marco Valle, CEO of Azimut Yachts, has commented on the participation in the Monaco Show: "This appointment is of fundamental importance for us, especially for the central role that the Group occupies in the superyacht segment, and comes after the resounding success of the Cannes Boat Show and of the positive debut at the Genoa Boat Show. We will be ending this incredible first part of the yachting season at Flibs, in a market, the United States, where our brand is first in sales and appreciation”.
Azimut Yachts will be at the Monaco Yachts Show from 25 to 28 September 2019 - Stand: QE16 and QH3.
