The Dior Circus of Dreams
To celebrate the end-of-year festivities, Dior presents its extraordinary "Circus of Dreams", a glittering universe where acrobats, contortionists and trapeze artists give life to a magical and poetic show. Between iridescent costumes and light choreography, each number pays homage to the spirit of the holidays in a whirlwind of joy, elegance and imagination. Under Monsieur Dior's lucky star, the Maison evokes the founder's passion for the world of the circus, inviting you to rediscover the wonder of childhood and the wonder of dreams.
Magical creations by Pietro Ruffo
The Italian artist Pietro Ruffo, a long-time friend and collaborator of the Maison, signs the new Christmas scenography: a golden tent illuminated by a thousand stars, where dancers and acrobats move on a dance floor with gold, silver and pink reflections. Its decorative motif dresses the Dior Christmas collections, transforming each creation into a small fragment of poetry.
Sleight of hand and personalized boxes
As per tradition, Dior gift boxes are real treasure chests of wonder to be personalized as desired: embellished with a white ribbon with golden stars and completed by exclusive charms inspired by the circus, they can be customized in three elegant knots - Fontange, Poignard or Papillon - for a refined and unique gift.
The supreme enchantment: the Malle des Rêves
Among the most precious creations, the Malle des Rêves stands out, a limited and numbered edition trunk that contains 24 drawers, each with a Dior creation selected by La Collection Privée. Among perfumes, couture accessories and Christmas decorations, the Piste aux Étoiles candle - designed by Francis Kurkdjian, Creative Director of Dior Fragrances - and a silk twill Mitzah with the iconic black and white houndstooth motif together with a pair of earrings stand out. To complete the magic, a boule à neige pays homage to the Circus of Dreams under the Dior star.
The wooden trunk is embellished with golden star-shaped metal closures that elegantly pay homage to the Circus of Dreams, while the stunning decoration is inspired by the legendary 30 Avenue Montaigne address. To amplify the magic, the Malle also contains fragrant Christmas decorations and a sumptuous gold metal star to adorn the traditional fir tree with a thousand sparkles. Once the month is over, the Malle des Rêves becomes a refined jewelry box, a trunk of yesteryear in which to keep the most precious treasures.
An unpublished issue every day
Dior's 30 Montaigne Advent Calendar is transformed into a small theater of art and beauty: behind its 24 golden windows are hidden the most iconic Dior creations. For this new edition, the historic façade of 30 Avenue Montaigne comes to life with the golden ornaments of the Circus of Dreams. Once the holidays are over, the calendar is transformed, as if by magic, into the ideal jewelry box.
The Chapiteau des Rêves
Dior presents, for the second consecutive year, the J'adore L'Or carillon, a handcrafted masterpiece that reproduces the Circus of Dreams in miniature. Acrobats and animals dance around the Dior star while a melody accompanies the perfume L'Or de J'adore, a symbol of light and eternity. The Or de J'adore shines in an exclusive carillon.
Winter decorations, greetings and fragrances
The collection is completed by Christmas decorations in golden paper inspired by René Gruau's archival drawings to decorate Christmas trees and a box of scented greeting cards. Encased in an elegant case decorated with Monsieur Dior's signature motif and bright lucky star, these cards, along with their envelopes and stickers, reveal Francis Kurkdjian's signature Piste aux Étoiles fragrance – a gourmand accord of caramelized almonds and cotton candy.
The collection of sparkling scented decorations is completed by a sumptuous gold metal star with the motif of the season, crowning the treetops with a sumptuous yet refined toecap.
The Dior Circus of Dreams arrives in major international cities with immersive pop-ups that reproduce the Maison's starry marquee: sensory experiences with tarot cards that offer personalized make-up advice, light installations and fragrances that transform any space into a stage of elegance and wonder. Ambassadors Anya Taylor-Joy and Deva Cassel lead the glittering parade (the former as the master of ceremonies, the latter as a charming fortune teller) and Dior Christmas becomes an ode to beauty and fantasy among iconic perfumes of the House such as J'adore, Miss Dior and Sauvage, Prestige treatments with sensory rituals and make-up collections in bright shades.
