With over 150 years of history, Villa d'Este, an international symbol of luxury hospitality, presents "Villa d'Este La Collezione", the new brand that brings together and enhances the group's realities of excellence, projecting their charm into the future. A project created to celebrate a unique heritage of places and traditions, united by a shared vision of Italian excellence, authenticity and respect for the territory.
Currently, the Collection includes Villa d'Este on Lake Como and Villa La Massa in Florence, to which two new prestigious destinations will be added in the coming months: Palazzo Venezia in Como and Miralago Luxury Apartments in Cernobbio.
Palazzo Venezia: classic elegance meets modernity
In the heart of Como, overlooking Piazza Cavour and the lake, Palazzo Venezia represents the new face of urban hospitality signed Villa d'Este.
The nineteenth-century building, with its classic and Venetian style, will open on December 6, 2025 after a complete rebranding, becoming the first 5-star hotel The Leading Hotels of the World in the city of Como.
With rooms and suites designed to offer an intimate and refined experience, the hotel will offer a perfect balance between historic elegance and modern comfort. Its panoramic rooftop, Altariva Restaurant & Bar, will offer contemporary cuisine led by Executive Chef Alessandro Rinaldi, inspired by the flavors of the territory and enriched by a spectacular view of Lake Como.
Luxury Apartments: the charm of Lake Como in a contemporary key
In June 2026, the Miralago Luxury Apartments in Cernobbio are scheduled to open, designed by Droulers Architecture.
The project stems from the transformation of the historic Hotel Miralago into a luxury residence consisting of eight apartments, spread over four floors, able to offer the comfort of a private home with the services of a five-star hotel.
The elegant and functional interiors have been designed to ensure privacy, relaxation and exclusive views of the lake, while the gastronomic offer will be completed by the Miralago Caffè, open all day, and by personalized services such as Breakfast Delivery and a private Chef on request.
Guests will also have access to Villa d'Este's facilities, including the Sporting Club, swimming pools, tennis courts and Golf Club.
A future of projects and enhancement of the territory
Villa d'Este La Collezione continues to invest in Lake Como with restoration and development interventions that aim to preserve the historical and cultural heritage of the region. Among the most ambitious projects are the renovation of Villa Belinzaghi, a neoclassical residence built in 1860 and already belonged to the group in the 50s and 60s, and the restoration of the Hotel Regina Olga in Cernobbio, which will once again be one of the icons of Lake Como hospitality with 50 rooms, restaurant, bar and large panoramic terraces.
Villa Belinzaghi, connected to the park of Villa d'Este, will be transformed into a refined residence with suites, gourmet restaurants, cigar lounge and private spa, keeping intact its historical identity and link with the tradition of Italian hospitality.
With the launch of "Villa d'Este La Collezione", the group consolidates its position as an ambassador of Made in Italy excellence in the world, continuing the path of growth and enhancement of Lake Como as an international elite destination.
