Embraer Praetor 600E, triple certification for the new jet

Having obtained the green light from ANAC, FAA and EASA, a new phase begins for executive aviation with intercontinental autonomy, redesigned cabin and the innovative Smart Window™

The new Embraer Praetor 600E marks an important step in the high-end business jet segment, obtaining triple certification from ANAC, FAA and EASA. A result that confirms not only the aircraft's full suitability for international operations, but also Embraer's design and engineering solidity in one of the most competitive sectors of executive aviation.

The certification comes after the official presentation of the model, which took place in February 2026 together with the Praetor 500E, introduced as the first evolution of the Praetor family. For the Brazilian brand, the new 600E represents a synthesis of performance, comfort and on-board innovation, with the ambition to redefine the experience of private flying on intercontinental routes.

With a range of 4,018 nautical miles, or 7,441 kilometers, the Praetor 600E can connect non-stop destinations such as London and New York or São Paulo and Miami, with four passengers on board and NBAA IFR reserves. A capacity that places it in a particularly interesting range for international customers looking for operational flexibility, speed of movement and an on-board environment aligned with the highest standards of contemporary private travel.

Alongside performance, Embraer has concentrated a central part of the project on the cab, which has been completely redesigned. The new model introduces seats entirely designed by Embraer, an advanced Cabin Management System (CMS) and a set of new generation technologies that aim to concretely improve comfort, productivity and connectivity.

Among the most distinctive elements stands out the Smart Window™, an absolute novelty in the sector. It is a 42-inch 4K OLED touchscreen, available as an option, which significantly expands the possibilities of using the space on board. The screen allows video conferencing, high-resolution content streaming and real-time viewing of the exterior thanks to three fuselage-mounted cameras. With the possibility of configuring a sofa in front of the Smart Window™, the cabin is transformed into a multifunctional environment, suitable for meetings as well as moments of relaxation or entertainment.

The Praetor 600E also integrates Embraer's comprehensive avionics suite, which includes class-leading full fly-by-wire technology with active turbulence reduction, the Embraer Enhanced Vision System (E2VS) and the Runway Overrun Awareness and Alerting System (ROAAS). Solutions that help reduce pilot workload, increase operational awareness and deliver smoother flights, while expanding flexibility across a wider number of destinations.

According to Michael Amalfitano, President and CEO of Embraer Executive Jets, the triple certification represents a particularly significant milestone for the Praetor 600E and reinforces the path towards the entry into service of the model, supported by a market response defined as very positive since the announcement in February. On the commercial side, Embraer expects the Praetor 500E to complete the triple certification process by the end of 2026, while for new orders, deliveries of both models are planned to start in 2029.
