New Signature Aviation Terminal in Winston-Salem
Signature Aviation, a global leader in airport hospitality for business aviation, has opened its completely renovated terminal at Smith Reynolds Airport (INT) in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. A new structure, designed to welcome the most demanding travelers with a personalized and elegant experience, which skilfully blends contemporary design and aeronautical tradition.
The new Signature INT fits into the airport's newly built terminal and stands out for its refined environments and tailor-made services. Covering an area of 280 square meters, the lounge is designed to offer an oasis of comfort, thanks to a new generation crew lounge, private bar, quiet rooms and a business center equipped for flight planning. The panoramic terrace on the second floor and the extension of the cafeteria in the main hall complete the offer, offering moments of relaxation in an exclusive setting.
Winston-Salem has a proud heritage in the aviation industry, and the revamped Signature INT within the new Smith Reynolds Airport terminal builds on this tradition. "Thoughtfully designed and crafted, this renovated space blends modern amenities with unique design elements that pay homage to the region's deep aviation roots, to make every moment of our guests special", said Tony Lefebvre, Chief Executive Officer of Signature Aviation.
The terminal pays homage to the area's rich heritage through historic design elements, such as an original 1941 mural and a replica of the 1930 Savoia Marchetti S-56, the aircraft that accompanied Zachary Smith Reynolds on his legendary 17,000-mile feat.
For the occasion, Signature has announced additional support to the ACE Academy, with scholarships for 10 students who will participate in the 2026 summer camp dedicated to STEM training and financial education applied to the aerospace sector.
The Winston-Salem private terminal - in the city of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA - is just the first in a series of Signature renovations planned for 2025, with new openings imminent in Raleigh-Durham and Palm Beach, in line with the brand's vision: to elevate the private flight experience to new standards of excellence.
