Dubai's first fully private terminal
Falcon Executive Aviation, a leading provider of aviation services and part of Alex Group Investment, unveiled at the Dubai Airshow the design of its new private FBO terminal in Dubai: a multimodal facility designed from scratch to become the city's main reference point for helicopter services and future eVTOL operations.
Sultan Rashit Abdulla Rashit Al Shene, founder and chairman of Alex Group Investment, stressed the importance of the project, specifying that this terminal marks a decisive turning point in the future of Dubai's aviation and is the beginning of a new chapter for the city's aviation.
In fact, it is a pioneering infrastructure, making Falcon Executive Aviation the first operator in the UAE to fully integrate private jets, helicopters and electric air taxis into a single gateway dedicated to business aviation and urban air mobility.
Built on an area of 6,380 square meters, the terminal will offer an ultra-private environment with direct access to both the heliport and the Vertiport, guaranteeing immediate transfers to all the Emirates. The project is fully aligned with Dubai's vision for an integrated and sustainable vertical mobility network and positions Falcon as one of the strategic players in the region's future air taxi infrastructure.
The structure is designed to offer a smooth and fast travel experience: passengers will be able to land with a private jet, complete customs formalities in total confidentiality and continue directly by helicopter or, in the future, aboard eVTOL for quick point-to-point travel within Dubai.
Alongside advanced mobility services, the terminal will host high-end spaces, including luxury boutiques, private banking services, shopping areas and VIP lounges. An ecosystem designed to accompany the evolution of vertical mobility with high standards of comfort, efficiency and personalization.
The new Dubai FBO is also a key piece of Alex Group Investment's 2026-2028 strategy, which includes the construction of Dubai's most advanced rotorcraft hangar and infrastructure, in response to the growing regional demand for next-generation air transport solutions.
