Queen Alia International Airport is Jordan's largest airport and is located in Zizya, approximately 34 kilometres away from Amman city. The airport is home to the country's national flag carrier, Royal Jordanian Airlines and serves as a major hub for Jordan Aviation.
 
Queen Alia International Airport's new terminal was created by architects Foster + Partners with the roof inspired by Bedouin tents and 127 concrete domes.

The ‘Sariyah’ shuttle bus travels to the city, approximately 34 kilometres away, from Amman Airport. Buses take the following route:
  • Amman Airport - Seventh Circle - Six Circle - Fifth Circle - Fourth Circle - Housing Bank Complex - North Bus Station and return.
 
Taxi 
Alternatively, at the airport there are taxis available to/from Amman.
 
Car rental
Car rental companies, Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz, Payless, Sixt and Thrifty, are located in the Arrivals Hall of Queen Alia International Airport.
