Torino Airport awarded for the second consecutive year
ACI World's "Most Dedicated Staff in Europe" award: staff at the heart of the passenger experience
Torino Airport confirms its excellence in airport hospitality, receiving for the second consecutive year the prestigious "Airport with the Most Dedicated Staff in Europe" award in the ASQ-Airport Service Quality Awards assigned by ACI World (Airports Council International).
This important award celebrates the ongoing commitment of airport staff to ensuring maximum passenger satisfaction, placing the travel experience at the heart of their mission. Turin Airport once again stands out for the quality of its service and the attention paid to those who pass through the airport, strengthening its role as a reference airport in Europe for customer care.
The "Most Dedicated Staff in Europe" award is awarded on the basis of questionnaires completed directly by travellers as part of the global ASQ programme, which monitors and compares the quality of service at airports around the world. The rigorous methodology, which involves collecting feedback in real time from certified personnel, ensures a transparent and unbiased evaluation of the passenger experience.
Launched in 2006, the ASQ-Airport Service Quality program is now the leading international benchmark tool for airport satisfaction. In 2024, almost 700 thousand questionnaires were collected in the main global airports, offering a detailed picture of the quality of airport services. Torino Airport has been participating in this initiative since 2016, confirming its constant commitment to optimizing the passenger experience.
Turin Airport: an increasingly traveller-oriented airport
This second consecutive recognition is not only an award, but a confirmation of Turin Airport's daily commitment to improving every aspect of airport hospitality. From passenger assistance to the quality of the services offered, the Turin airport continues to invest in innovation and training to ensure an increasingly comfortable and satisfying travel experience. Thanks to a dedicated and highly qualified team, Torino Airport stands out among European airports for its ability to put travellers' needs at the centre, thus consolidating its reputation as a welcoming, efficient and customer-friendly hub.
