Volotea expands international flights from Rome Fiumicino

Volotea strengthens its presence at Rome Fiumicino Airport with two new features that expand the airport's international network and offer passengers new travel opportunities to Europe. The company yesterday inaugurated the new direct connection to Oviedo, Spain, and announced the start of the route to Limoges, France, available from May 23rd.

The new Rome Fiumicino-Oviedo flight is already operational and connects the capital with the heart of Asturias, in northern Spain. The route has three weekly frequencies, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. For passengers departing from Rome, it is a direct connection to a region known for the variety of its landscapes, the Atlantic coast and a strong cultural and gastronomic identity.

Alongside Spain, Volotea also strengthens its presence on the French market with the new Rome Fiumicino-Limoges connection, which will be operational from 23 May 2026. The route will be served with two weekly frequencies, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
