easyJet raises funds for UNICEF
easyJet launches its summer fundraising campaign on board its flights in support of UNICEF's Children's Emergency Fund. The initiative allows passengers to contribute directly during the journey, helping children and families living in emergency situations in different countries around the world.
The campaign will be active until September 30, 2026. During the on-board service, easyJet crew will collect donations from passengers, offering the opportunity to support UNICEF in a simple way, even when purchasing products during the flight.
The funds raised will contribute to UNICEF's emergency responses, particularly in areas affected by health crises, conflict, displacement and shortages of clean water or medical care. Among the most urgent situations are the recent outbreaks of Ebola in the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda, which put children and vulnerable communities at high risk.
Even a small donation can have a real impact. The equivalent of the cost of a tea on board, for example, can help provide 12 bars of soap or 400 water purification tablets to families in a crisis situation.
For those travelling with easyJet during the summer, the campaign is therefore an easy way to contribute to an international cause directly from their flight, turning even a small donation into concrete help.
