Installation will begin in the second half of 2027 on the 41 Airbus A350-900 long-haul and A350-900ULR aircraft affected by the renewal program and future Boeing 777-9s. The aim is to offer passengers more space, greater privacy and a more flexible environment, suitable for the different stages of the journey: work, meals, relaxation and rest.

The new First Class will feature suites with curved sliding doors, designed to increase privacy and personal space. The middle seats can be transformed into a sofa for two or a double bed, while it will be possible to share meals as a couple. First Class will also be introduced on Airbus A350-900ULRs, where it was not previously present.

More flexible Business Class

The new Business Class will offer a more ergonomic configuration, greater privacy and adaptable personal space. The new seats will be designed to improve sleep quality and can also be configured into beds for two people. This cabin will be installed on both Boeing 777-9 and refurbished A350-900 long-haul and A350-900ULR aircraft.

More comfort also in Premium Economy and Economy

Smart systems that remember the preferencesand

One of the most important innovations concerns the smart cabin control systems. In First and Business Class it will be possible to store some of the passenger's personal preferences, so as to carry them over to subsequent journeys and make the experience more personalized.

To develop the new products, Singapore Airlines engaged more than 5,000 frequent travellers, passengers, employees and industry experts through interviews, surveys, focus groups and concept testing. The research highlighted a growing demand for privacy, comfort, flexibility, intuitive features and personalisation.

The new products were developed with input from PriestmanGoode for First Class, Designworks for Business Class and Factorydesign for Premium Economy and Economy, along with Collins Aerospace and Recaro Aircraft Seating for the seats.
