LOT Polish Airlines launches direct flights between Rome and Krakow
The international offer from Rome Fiumicino is expanded with the new direct flight to Krakow operated by LOT Polish Airlines. The company, a member of Star Alliance and an integrated partner of Miles & More, has inaugurated an annual connection between the capital and one of Poland's main urban destinations, which can be reached in just over two hours by flight.
The new route between Rome and Krakow operates 5 weekly flights and includes mid-day departures on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. On Mondays and Fridays, flight LO 2142 departs Rome Fiumicino at 12:40 p.m. and lands in Krakow at 2:45 p.m. local time. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays, the same flight takes off at 13:00 and arrives at 15:05.
For passengers departing from Rome, the new direct connection offers a convenient solution to reach Krakow non-stop, both for short trips and longer stays. The route is operated with Boeing 737 MAX 8s, configured in two classes of service, Business and Economy Class.
LOT strengthens its presence on Rome Fiumicino, where it already operates two daily non-stop flights to Warsaw, the airline's global hub. For Travellers, this means not only the new direct connection to Krakow, but also additional possibilities for onward flights via Warsaw to other destinations in the LOT network in Europe, Central and South Asia, the Far East and North America.
