The "Squadriglia degli Assi" Capsule Collection of the Italian Air Force
An exclusive collection that pays homage to the heroes of Italian aviation, with garments inspired by the courage and style of the aces of the First World War
The history of the Air Force, characterized by legendary feats and heroic figures, includes the famous 91st Squadron, known as the "Squadron of the Aces". Founded on May 1, 1917 under the command of Captain Guido Tacchini, this elite unit gathered the best pilots of the First World War, becoming a symbol of excellence, courage and skill in air combat. To celebrate these legendary drivers, Cristiano di Thiene has created a capsule collection that not only pays homage to the heroes of the past, but updates the values of audacity, passion and innovation.

The collection includes garments such as sweatshirts, t-shirts, bomber jackets and leather jackets, characterized by sober shades such as gray, black and military green. These colors highlight the iconic symbols of the squadron, including the black skull with crossed shins, a personal insignia of Fulco Ruffo di Calabria, one of the most famous pilots. The dyeing techniques give the garments a vintage and lived-in effect, evoking the timeless charm of these drivers. Every detail, from the quality of the fabrics to the attention to production, reflects the indomitable spirit of the 91st Squadron, transforming each garment into a symbol of courage and contemporary style.
