Story Kitchen & Bar opens in Dubai DXB
Lagardère Travel Retail UAE has opened STORY Kitchen & Bar at Dubai International Airport DXB, the first venue to open in the new Concourse B West in Terminal 3. The concept was created to offer passengers a new airport dining experience, with international cuisine, attentive service and a strong connection to Dubai's cosmopolitan identity.
STORY Kitchen & Bar is a contemporary brasserie designed to accompany different moments of the journey, from breakfast to a quick break to a more complete meal before the flight. The menu combines Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian influences, reflecting Dubai's role as a global hub between cultures and flavours.
Proposals include Bombay-style scrambled eggs, Avocado Hummus, Steak du Levant and Broken Karak Ice Cream Cone, a tribute to the local culture of karak tea. The beverage menu includes artisanal coffees with trendy flavors such as pistachio, matcha, ube and horchata, as well as wines, signature cocktails and soft drinks.
The project also stands out for the storytelling integrated into the experience: the menu recalls a newspaper, the tables invite conversation and the "no phone dining challenge" rewards those who choose to experience the meal without a smartphone with a free dessert. Even the design, with dark woods, terracotta and metal details and a four-meter-high central bar, recalls the atmosphere of a contemporary urban brasserie.
Inside the restaurant there is also a retail corner with products from Mirzam, a chocolatier from Dubai available exclusively at STORY Kitchen & Bar in DXB. For Travellers, it is an opportunity to buy a local gastronomic souvenir before departure or during transit.
