AVION TOURISM MAGAZINE #8/2020
EDITORIAL
This new issue of Avion Tourism Magazine, edited in a digital Html edition, exclusively for users of the website, is entirely dedicated to Italy and to some splendid cities of art to be discovered or rediscovered.

After the health emergency of the new coronavirus Covid-19 pandemic, which has affected Italy and the whole world, our country is ready to restart and allows travel again after months of lockdown, flight cancellation, closure of airports, events, fairs, companies, museums, restaurants and accommodation facilities with incalculable economic damage for the entire tourism sector .

Choosing Italy as a tourist destination for the upcoming summer holidays is a choice that demonstrates the desire to actively support our country, to slowly help the tourism-cultural sector to recover.

Each of us, with his or her travel choices, can in fact do something concrete to help restart tourism in Italy, one of the most loved and most beautiful countries in the world with its numerous cities of art that are an open-air museum, with extraordinary monuments but also with its characteristic small villages, its crystal clear sealakes, wonderful mountains, typical  food and wine and the rich cultural and artistic heritage kept in the Museums that we have learned to rediscover with new eyes thanks to the virtual tours they have granted us, staying at home during the months of forced closure of all activities, to re-appreciate its inestimable value.

Avion Tourism Magazine thus invites you to rediscover Italy and suggests to its readers ideas to rediscover our "Bel Paese" starting from some of the most important Italian cities of art to start again and plan the next summer and autumn holidays looking to the future with optimism.

It was not easy to choose the destinations to propose, because every city in Italy has unique artistic heritage. The editorial staff chose 10 cities of art connected by airportsBergamo, Milan, Turin, Venice, Florence, Pisa, Rome, Naples, Palermo and Catania. A virtual journey from the North, to the Centre to the South with the offer of  Tourist information for each city, with attractions not to be missed, the main museums and suggestions for tours, excursions and a selection of hotels to find your ideal stay. But each of these cities of art is to be considered a starting point and not a point of arrival because, although there are countless attractions to visit,  the surroundings of each of them offer unexpected proposals to be discovered.

To better organize your next trip to these Italian cities of art, Avion Tourism Magazine offers information on the respective airports, which have adopted all the health regulations necessary to safely welcome their passengers, the airlines  that have begun to reactivate flights and finally offers useful travel news & info.

Enjoy reading and have a good trip.
