Riva 58' Capri: the sports open with the livability of a yacht
The new Riva 58' Capri marks the beginning of a new era for luxury opens, where power and refinement coexist in perfect balance. An evolution of the legendary 56' Rivale and inspired by the charismatic 68' Diable, this yacht interprets Riva's DNA with a more contemporary language: sculpted lines, harmonious proportions and iconic details that tell the story of the Sarnico shipyard's tradition projected towards the future.
With its 17.27 meters in length and a maximum beam of 4.74 meters, Riva 58' Capri stands out for its taut and dynamic profile, embellished by a fixed fairing that merges with the hull in a fluid play of curves and surfaces. The Shark Grey shade with Bright Black details accentuates the sporty and sophisticated character, while the long side windows add slenderness and elegance, discreetly concealing portholes and glass surfaces.
Exterior: Informal luxury and functional design
The main deck is conceived as a refined open-air lounge. The cockpit, the convivial heart of the yacht, is protected by the fairing and offers a large central sundeck, a living area with L-shaped sofas, an equipped wet bar and a helm station equipped with state-of-the-art digital instruments, including dual 12" and 15" Simrad touch monitors. The atmosphere is that of a floating loft, where each line is designed to combine comfort and sportiness.
The black windshield integrates an electric soft top that adjusts light and shade with a single gesture, while the external air conditioning and front air intakes ensure comfort even when stopped at anchor. At the bow, a large solarium with canopy offers an oasis of relaxation, illuminated by a non-slip walkable glass that diffuses natural light into the interiors.
Interior: craftsmanship and exclusive atmosphere
Below deck, the interior combines functionality and sartorial style. The rooms, which can be customized with light or dark woods, are characterized by fine materials and high-quality workmanship. The central lounge-dinette , elegant and welcoming, houses an L-shaped sofa with pouf, an ash-colored leather coffee table and a refined smoked glass storage unit.
The sleeping area includes three cabins: an owner's suite aft with transverse bed and private bathroom in white Corian, a VIP cabin forward with ensuite bathroom and a third cabin dedicated to the crew or, on request, to guests. All the rooms express a measured elegance, the result of the unmistakable signature of Mauro Micheli and Sergio Beretta of Officina Italiana Design, in collaboration with the Product Strategy Committee chaired by Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department.
Propulsion and performance
The Riva 58' Capri is powered, in the standard configuration, by two MAN V8-1000 engines from 735 kW (1,000 mhp) to 2,300 rpm, capable of reaching a top speed of 33 knots and a cruising speed of 27 knots. Alternatively, the version with the 882 kW (1,200 mhp) MAN V8-1200 reaches 37 knots and offers even smoother sailing comfort.
For maximum stability, the Seakeeper NG6 system is available, which reduces roll both at anchor and while underway, ensuring an on-board experience that meets Riva's highest standards. CE Class A certified, the new 58' Capri is designed to sail the open sea with safety and style, embodying the essence of the brand: pure performance, timeless elegance and passion for the sea.
