Sirivannavari celebrates emerald with a 102.61-carat High Jewellery necklace
Sirivannavari presents an extraordinary High Jewellery Emerald Necklace, built around a rare 102.61-carat Colombian emerald. The creation, made in collaboration with Beauty Gems, combines the artistic vision of Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya with the mastery of Thai artisans.
The absolute protagonist of the jewel is the central emerald , selected for its rarity, quality and value and worked with an elegant teardrop cut, designed to enhance its color, brilliance and proportions.
Diamonds and emeralds in a sculptural design
Around the main gemstone develops a composition with soft lines, designed to naturally follow the décolleté. Hundreds of diamonds in round, drop, marquise and princess brilliant cuts are individually set by hand using the Micro Pavé technique.
The design is enriched by a motif inspired by the ribbon and, in the lower part, by scrolls adorned with teardrop and round emeralds. The pendants create light tassels that accompany the movement of the wearer of the necklace.
The frame, entirely made of 18-carat white gold, is designed to combine aesthetic impact, balance and comfort.
The symbolic legacy of the emerald
Considered one of the great gemstones along with ruby and sapphire, emerald is historically associated with abundance, prosperity and eternal youth. It is also the birthstone of the month of May.
Its history spans centuries of culture and royalty, up to the figure of Cleopatra, traditionally linked to the charm of this green gem.
