Georges Chakra Couture Fall Winter 2021-2022

Echoes throughout a grand abandoned château; Footsteps resonate, and soft, distant laughter rings reminiscent of memories long past and emotions still present

Participating in Paris Fashion Week, the Fall Winter 2021-2022 Couture collection of Georges Chakra was launched digitally in Paris. For this collection, Chakra’s muse is reminiscent of the Romanesque era and couture pure accentuated with symmetry, structure and vigor.

Through the exploration of its essence, the muse is depicted as heroic and strong, focusing on rediscovering the code of Couture. With realism and realistic depictions at the forefront, the collection looks at the promises that lie at the heart of humanity.

Luxury resides in the refined fabrics, organza, ethereal raffia and chiffon, sleek satin and crepe, and supple velvet. Pleats breathe light, and capes and trains flow through this season’s collection.

The silhouettes twirl, with mini dresses, clouds of fleur de tulle, and the delicate cascading gowns. Consumed with majestic calmness, the dresses tell a story through sleeves, capes, and sculpted collars.

Striking primary colors of vibrant rouge, midnight blue, vivid noir and halos of white. The collection emphasizes the purity of the hues and on the audacity of their presence. The crystals adorning the gowns are placed minutely, highlighting the symmetrical balance of the looks.

The bridal gown is an apotheosis, a quintessence of pure white shantung with symmetrical crystals and a cape nouveau pouring from the shoulders in white tulle with ribbons of satin.
