Four Seasons Yachts, starred chefs return on board in 2027
Four Seasons Yachts expands its Chef-in-Residence program aboard Four Seasons I for 2027, involving five chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants in the Four Seasons portfolio. The experiences will be offered during selected cruises in the Caribbean, the Mediterranean and to the Canary Islands, transforming gastronomy into one of the central elements of the journey.
After the first edition focused primarily on Sedna, the yacht's fine dining restaurant, in 2027 the program will involve more dining spaces than Four Seasons I. Each residency will include a four- or five-course tasting menu at Sedna with wine pairing, a chef's day at another restaurant on the yacht , and a welcome cocktail at the Horizon Lounge.
Among the protagonists is Guillaume Galliot, chef of the Caprice restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, three Michelin stars, who will be on board during the Grand Caribbean to Tobago & Dominica itinerary from January 18 to 31, 2027.
From January 31 to February 7, 2027, during the Lesser Antilles sailing featuring Guadeloupe & Nevis, Evan Neumann, chef of Auro at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Napa Valley, a Michelin-starred restaurant, will be the protagonist.
The program will also arrive in the Mediterranean with Yoric Tièche, chef of the Le Cap restaurant of the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel. Tièche will return on board from October 3 to 10, 2027 for The Rivieras featuring Capri & Cannes itinerary, bringing cuisine inspired by Provence and the French Riviera.
In November, it will be the turn of Guillaume Bracaval, chef of the east at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi, during the Canary Islands cruise featuring Casablanca & Tenerife from 6 to 13 November 2027.
The calendar announced so far will be closed by Bertrand Noeureuil, chef of the L'Orangerie restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, two Michelin stars, on board from 21 to 28 November 2027 in the Lesser Antilles itinerary featuring St Lucia & Nevis.
Four Seasons I, residential luxury comes to sea
Four Seasons I is the first yacht in the new Four Seasons Yachts division, developed together with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings and Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri. The ship offers exclusively suites and a setting inspired by high-end residential hospitality. Among the most representative spaces is the Funnel Suite, which reaches approximately 927 square meters, as well as a transversal marina designed to create a direct connection with the sea.
The Chef-in-Residence program thus strengthens the gastronomic positioning of Four Seasons Yachts, combining itineraries and the on-board experience with the opportunity to meet some of the most representative chefs of Four Seasons hotels and resorts around the world. The second yacht in the fleet, Four Seasons II, is scheduled to debut in 2028.
